Triple R 5mg + PEN

In a Phase 2 obesity trial, Triple R produced dose-dependent body-weight reductions that reached approximately 24% at the highest dose over 48 weeks — among the largest observed for an incretin-based agent. Additional research reports improvements in glycemic markers and hepatic fat content.

Reported adverse events are predominantly gastrointestinal — nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting — and are dose-dependent, consistent with the incretin class. Its broad metabolic activity warrants attention to heart-rate and metabolic parameters in research models. Most events are mild to moderate.

Recommended ratio

• 0.5 mL of bacteriostatic water per 5 mg vial
• Equivalent to 10 mg/mL (i.e. 1 mg per 10 units on a 100 U insulin syringe)

1. Remove the plastic flip-off lid from the vial.
2. Disinfect the rubber stoppers with alcohol wipes.
3. Inject the diluent slowly down the inner wall of the vial to avoid foaming.
4. Gently swirl the vial (never shake). Let it dissolve for about 10 minutes.

Unopened / before reconstitution

• Store at a stable temperature.
• Stable for 24 months.
• For long-term storage (2+ years), store at -20 °C.

Reconstituted solution

• Must be kept refrigerated.
• Avoid exposure to light and excessive heat.
