Shipping & Refund Policy
How Vela Peptides ships your orders and handles cancellations and refunds. If you have any questions about a shipment, contact us and we'll be glad to help.
Shipping
- We offer free UPS 3-business-day shipping on all US orders over €200.
- For orders under €200, standard shipping rates apply.
- If UPS is unavailable, we may use alternative carriers such as USPS Priority or FedEx to ensure timely delivery.
- Free shipping applies to US addresses only, unless otherwise stated.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping methods, policies, and rates are subject to change without notice.
Returns and refunds
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped, by contacting us at support@velapeptides.com.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.
