How is Triple R 10mg + PEN used in research?
This 10 mg vial supports research into energy balance, glucose control, and body-weight regulation, where the simultaneous engagement of multiple metabolic pathways is of particular interest for metabolic models.
Phase 2 data show dose-dependent metabolic effects, with the highest doses producing body-weight reductions of roughly 24% over 48 weeks alongside improvements in glycemic and hepatic markers. Intermediate doses such as 10 mg are used to characterize the dose-response relationship.
Adverse events are predominantly gastrointestinal and dose-dependent. As with other high-potency metabolic research peptides, heart-rate and metabolic monitoring remain relevant in research models. The majority of reported events are mild to moderate.
Recommended ratio
- 1 mL of bacteriostatic water per 10 mg vial
- Equivalent to 10 mg/mL (i.e. 1 mg per 10 units on a 100 U insulin syringe)
- Remove the plastic flip-off lid from the vial.
- Disinfect the rubber stoppers with alcohol wipes.
- Inject the diluent slowly down the inner wall of the vial to avoid foaming.
- Gently swirl the vial (never shake). Let it dissolve for about 10 minutes.
